The base fees indicated below are based upon the work necessary to provide a standard appraisal report. Conditions that go beyond the standard appraisal report format may be subject to additional fees.

Do not make the mistake of choosing the appraiser with the lowest fee. An appraiser should select based on his or her experience in your specific market. Bad appraiser selection can lead to potentially loosing thousands of dollars in the purchase/sale of your home or in your settlement.
